Rocky Linux Testing

I tested both Rocky Linux 9.8 and Rocky Linux 10.2 on my hardware, to ensure the 2011 Microsoft CA certificate works correctly with the new Rocky Linux shim package. Testing coordination and results can be found on the Rocky Linux SHIM Testing board.
