RHEL 10 Virtual Machine display screen goes black and does not come back when running in VMware

Issue

Virtual Machine display goes black and does not respond to mouse or keyboard.
Waiting a long time after VM boot without login makes the VM screen go black and it does not wake up anymore.

Resolution

To get the display to wake up again send Ctrl+Alt+Del from VMware Remote Console Drop-down menu.
Then as a permament solution, login to the VM immediately and set Screen Blank with Never (Settings -> Power -> PowerSaving).

Root Cause

This is a power management related bug, being tracked Privately in RHEL-56338 - The login GUI display with black screen on VMware ESXi platform if not login via console immediately.
